ZEE Arth - A Cultural Fest
Arth, India's one-of-a-kind cultural mash-up, was streamed by Tagglabs in collaboration with Zee Live on February 18th, 19th, and 20th to honour India's 75th anniversary of independence. Our client invited global personalities to its platform to celebrate India's rich culture and traditions.
Tagglabs streamed the entire event at the Delhi-Noida Zee News studios, where the hybrid setup was built. Several celebrities, speakers, and politicians attended the event as guests. Some arrived live, while others arrived online via Zoom, where they were connected by us to the hybrid set-up. Tagglabs recorded the sessions and performances live, edited them in real-time, and presented them the following day. We had a multi-camera set up with an experienced camera crew.
With this grand event, we achieved our main goal to prove that hybrid is the way of the future. With a well-experienced technical crew, the entire hybrid setup was spectacular. Due to our team's dedication to making this event a success, everyone was able to effortlessly appreciate India's rich culture and traditions.
Abbot EPO Town Hall
Abbott partnered with Tagglabs to plan and execute the EPO Town Hall Event, which allowed the company to communicate with its employees and guests. Abbott wanted their attendees and employees to be aware of their strategy and quarterly meetings.
Tagglabs and Abbott collaborated to design a hybrid event. We broadcasted the whole event, during which Abbott held their quarterly meetings with employees and guests. They proposed their approach for developing and promoting internal talent. There were seven speakers in total, five of whom were on the panel and the other two of whom were streamed LIVE through Zoom. They discussed business and management requirements. During the question and answer session, members of the audience asked questions while the panellists answered them. Our efforts made the event a huge success.
What is content experience?
When your audience experience your content on the internet, they will have specific emotions and act in specific ways based on how the content is presented to them. It has an impact on how consumers feel about interacting with your business and affects the buyer journey from a prospect to a lead to a customer.
Every piece of content is surrounded by an experience. A bad content experience can lead to potential customers looking elsewhere. The content experience can be divided into three parts:
The Environment In which your Content lives: This is how anybody who finds your content sees it. Many people value things based on their first impressions. Is the content appealing? Is it professional-looking? Does it reflect your company's image? Your brand's perception depends on these elements. Your content environment also refers to its physical location. A newsletter form, an email, or the homepage? This directly impacts the user experience. Many people value things based on their first impressions. Is the content appealing? The Structure of Your Content: It's all about the user experience here. Is it possible for someone to find what they're looking for and traverse your website with ease? Does your material provide readers with the right information at the right time? The Impact of Your Content: One of the most important aspects of a content experience is if it motivates people to act. Inserting relevant Call - to - action and tailoring content for potential purchasers are also part of this process.

Customer retention and the buyer journey are streamlined through the content experience. A customer's perception of a positive content experience is influenced by the following aspects:
- They can quickly locate the information they require.
- They like how the information is presented.
- Regardless of the device they're using, they can simply view the content.
- They are emotionally engaged by the content's tone.
- They can find other stuff that is related to their interests rapidly.
- All these factors will make your content marketing more effective, which will lead to a much higher return on your marketing investment.
